As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Jim holds several certifications, including Certified Residential Thermographer, Certified Advanced Pool Inspector, and Licensed Mold Assessor and Remediator.
Jim is committed to delivering comprehensive inspections and easy-to-understand reports. In their off time, Jim and his wife, Linda enjoy spending time with their family and friends especially by the water. Whether at the pool, beach, or out boating on Central Florida’s many lakes, you’ll usually find them outside enjoying nature on the weekends.

Taylor Reynolds is a seasoned home inspector with over 1,500 inspections under his belt. As an InterNACHI and Florida State Certified professional, Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every inspection he conducts. His unique background sets him apart in the field.
Taylor’s journey began in his youth, working alongside his father on countless home renovation projects. These formative experiences instilled in him a deep understanding of home construction and repair. Taylor’s early career focused on working and troubleshooting issues in local restaurant kitchens while simultaneously pursuing his LPN nursing degree. This diverse background has equipped Taylor with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
His nursing career, particularly working with older adults, honed his excellent communication skills, patience, and attention to detail. These qualities have seamlessly transferred to his work as a home inspector, where meticulousness and clarity are paramount.
Outside of his professional life, Taylor is a devoted family man. He treasures time spent with his beautiful wife and young daughter, who are the center of his world. An avid outdoorsman, Taylor enjoys giving his daughter golf cart rides around the neighborhood and fishing on their community lake.

With an impressive 22 years of experience in the trades, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every home inspection project. Linda Reynolds is the co-owner of Full Circle Home Inspectors, where she oversees marketing and coordinates the operations division. After over a decade of experience in the speech-language pathology field specializing in communication with adults with traumatic brain injury, Linda joined forces with her husband, Jim Reynolds, in 2018 to focus on their rapidly growing residential and light commercial inspection business. Linda has played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion and success.
Linda brings a wealth of expertise in communication, listening skills, interpersonal relations and attention to detail. She excels in critical thinking and problem-solving, which have proven invaluable in organizing and training their staff, as well as assisting clients in selecting the appropriate inspections for their specific needs.
